Maverick Landing Community Services (MLCS)

Designed and facilitated a process to hire MLCS a new Executive Director.  Coach the Executive Director as she changes staffing patterns, improves administrative infrastructure and develops new, more effective programming.  Designs and facilitates strategic planning process with Board & staff.

Massachusetts Alliance of Boys and Girls Clubs (MABGC)

Designed and facilitated a shared buy-in process for the MABGC Outcome Performance Project.  Worked with the MABGC President to recruit 9 executive directors of clubs to join a leadership task force to help lead the project – review the interview questions, analyze the data gathered & develop recommendations for the next steps in the project.  The goal of the project was to bring together the 41 clubs to work on a common agenda for measuring some of their performance outcomes.

EPIP

Led Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy (EPIP) in a yearly strategic planning retreat of its Board of Directors.

Baby U

Facilitated, with help from a colleague, 6 strategic sessions which helped to map the future of this unusual collaborative effort over the next three years for Baby U, which is modeled on the Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ) Baby College program, targets parents with children pre-natal to age 3.

Abby’s House

Provided Abby’s House with management consulting, with help from a colleague: facilitated a strategic planning process, & helped to hire 2 staff (Executive Director & 2 development staff) for Abby Kelley Foster House, Inc. (Abby’s House) provides emergency shelter and other essential services for women over 18 years old in the greater Worcester community.

Women’s Agenda

Designed a Plan for Organizational Success for statewide coalition of women’s and children’s groups in Pennsylvania.
